Day 1 - Mile swim
Day 2 - 5 Mile run, weight training
Day 3 - Mile swim
Day 4 - 40 minutes elliptical trainer, light weights
Day 5 - Day off
Day 6 - Mile swim, walked 18 holes of golf
Day 7 - Mile swim, walked 18 holes of golf
Day 8 - Day off
Day 9 - Mile swim
Day 10 - 5 mile run, weight training
The Governor says he maintains this schedule as best as he can, but sometimes that pesky day job gets in the way. He hopes everyone takes advantage of Indiana’s physical activity resources and continues to stay active.
